TM 9-2350-261-20-2 REPLACE GENERATOR AND ADJUSTMENT LINKAGE (200 AMP GENERATOR ONLY) — Continued 0228 00 11. Assemble fan drive tensioner (29) and install on bracket (15). Secure with pin (30) and two new cotter pins (31). 12. Place generator drive belt (1) on pulleys (2) and (3). NOTE Use straight edge across face of both pulleys to assist in proper alignment. 13. To obtain correct alignment, adjust the position of the generator mounting bracket (4) before you tighten the screws (5) in the slotted holes. Align pulley (2) on generator (6), with drive pulley (3) on transfer gearcase, then tighten screws (5). 14. Turn turnbuckle (7) until belt deflection at midspan is 1/2-5/8 inch (13-16 mm) when force is applied. 0228 00-5
