Make sure gap is 0.06 to 0.09 inch (1.5 to 2.3 mm). If clearance is not within limits, loosen or tighten nut on cable end, as required. f. Remove driver’s hatch periscope guard and quick release assembly (WP 0446 00). Check felt gasket for rips, tears, dirt, or moisture. Replace as necessary. 0120 00-109
