INTERVAL MAN- HOUR ITEM TO BE CHECKED OR SERVICED CREWMEMBER PROCEDURE EQUIPMENT NOT READY/ AVAILABLE IF: a. Check screws on power plant grill for looseness. TIGHTEN LOOSE SCREWS TO 100-120 LB-FT (136-163 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench (WP 0780 00, Item 104). Damage prevents door from closing, sealing, and locking. b. Check power plant front access door seal for cracks, cuts, stiffness, and looseness. If seal is loose, tighten. If seal is damaged, replace (WP 0429 00). c. Check for tight seal on door in closed position. Perform chalk test (Step 5c). 0120 00-67
