Make sure no one is in ramp zone before you lower ramp. Unlocked ramp can fall open suddenly. Personnel can be killed or injured. Ramp system and hull can get damaged if ramp unlocks when carrier is in operation. Do not operate carrier if locks do not secure ramp properly.
