When PASS appears, set test select switches to 03. 4. Press and release test button. 5. When PASS appears, set test select switches to 90. 6. Press and release test button. 7. Turn on lights and accessories. 8. Set engine speed to 1000 to 1200 RPM. 9. Is output current below 70 amps? BYN 1. Go to Battery/Generator Indicator Malfunctions (WP 0049 00). 2. Verify no faults found. B2Y 1. Stop engine (see your -10). 2. Turn off lights and accessories. 3. Adjust generator drive belts (WP 0226 00 or WP 0234 00). 4. Are drive belts ok? B2YN 1. Replace generator drive belts (WP 0226 00 or WP 0234 00). 2. Verify no faults found. B3Y 1. Check operation of generator field switch (WP 0232 00). 2. Was generator field switch repaired? B3YN 1. Check charging system cables for loose or corroded connections. 2. Verify no faults found. B4Y 1. Verify no faults found. 0100 00-2
