Turn MASTER SWITCH to ON (see your -10). 3. If popped out, press DC TO INVERTERS button (3) on power control enclosure panel. 4. Does DC VOLTS meter (4) on power control enclosure panel read 26 volts DC or more? TN 1. Go to Power Control Enclosure A1 DC Input/Output Inoperative (WP 0071 00). 0089 00-2
