TM 9-2350-261-20-1 COOLANT HEATER MALFUNCTIONS — Continued 0070 00 H3Y 1. Inspect fuel lines between tee valve (1) and heater (2). 2. Are all lines free from kinks, restrictions, or other damage? H3YN 1. Replace heater fuel lines as required (see Chapter 32). 2. Verify no faults found. H4Y 1. Replace coolant heater fuel pump (WP 0640 00 or WP 0641 00). 2. Verify no faults found. IY 1. Check to see if fuel pump stays on. 2. Does fuel pump stay on? IYN 1. Replace heater ON/OFF/START switch (WP 0648 00). 2. Verify no faults found. I2Y 1. Check to see if flame detector switch has been adjusted. 2. Has flame detector switch been adjusted? I2YN 1. Adjust flame detector switch (WP 0636 00 or WP 0637 00). 2. Verify no faults found. I3Y 1. Replace flame detector switch (WP 0636 00 or WP 0637 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0070 00-10
