TM 9-2350-261-20-1 COOLANT HEATER MALFUNCTIONS — Continued 0070 00 G2Y 1. Measure voltage between coolant pump to heater harness circuit 402B (1) on terminal strip (2) and ground with switch in start position. 2. Does multimeter read less than 17 volts? G2YN 1. Replace coolant pump to heater harness (WP 0649 00). 2. Verify no faults found. G3Y 1. Replace coolant heater (WP 0651 00). 2. Verify no faults found. HY 1. Check to see if heater exhaust is cold. 2. Is heater exhaust cold? HYN GO TO JY (PAGE 0070 00-11) H2Y 1. Loosen fuel inlet line (1) to heater with HEATER SWITCH on START. 2. Does fuel fail to flow out of loosened fitting? H2YN 1 . R eplace ig niter ( WP 0 638 0 0). 2. Verify no faults found. 0070 00-9
