TM 9-2350-261-20-1 FUEL LEVEL INDICATOR MALFUNCTIONS — Continued 0047 00 BY 1. Remove circuit 28 plug (1) from fuel tank jack (2). 2. Turn MASTER POWER switch to ON (see your -10). 3. Does fuel indicator read full? BYN 1. Repair circuit 28 lead to fuel tank sender (WP 0312 00). 2. Verify no faults found. B2Y 1. Install jumper wire between 28 plug and ground. 2. Does fuel quantity gauge fail to read empty? B2YN 1. Replace fuel quantity sending unit (WP 0138 00 or WP 0146 00). 2. Verify no faults found. B3Y 1. Turn MASTER POWER switch to OFF (see your -10). 2. Remove instrument panel for access (WP 0238 00). 3. Remove circuit 27A plug (1) from fuel quantity gauge jack (2). 4. Remove circuit 27 plug (3) from instrument panel circuit breaker jack (4). 5. Measure continuity between circuit 27 plug (3) and circuit 27A plug (1). 6. Does multimeter read 0 ohms? B3YN 1. Repair instrument panel cable assembly (WP 0314 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0047 00-4
