TM 9-2350-261-20-1 CHARGING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS — Continued 0018 00 2Y 1. Check voltage regulator. 2. Has voltage regulator been adjusted? 2YN 1. Adjust voltage regulator when all other troubleshooting is complete (WP 0229 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 3Y 1. Check voltage regulator with multimeter. 2. Does multimeter read less than 29 volts? 3YN GO TO BY (PAGE 0018 00-9) 4Y 1. Stop engine (see your -10). 2. Remove engine harness plug C8 (1) from generator jack (2) and engine harness plug C3 (3) from front main harness bulkhead jack (4). 3. Inspect engine harness plugs C8 (1), C3 (3), generator jack (2), and bulkhead jack (4) for corrosion and damage. Use mirror. 4. Are plugs and jacks clean and in good condition? 4YN 1. Repair/replace engine harness and/or generator (WP 0312 00, WP 0227 00, or WP 0228 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0018 00-2
