Does multimeter read more than 17 volts? YN GO TO CY (PAGE 0010 00-3) 2Y 1. Measure voltage between starter ground (1) and carrier ground with engine cranking for 3 to 5 seconds. 2. Does multimeter read less than 1/2 volt? 2YN 1. Replace/repair starter ground as necessary (WP 0237 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 3Y 1. Replace starter (WP 0236 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0010 00-2
