TM 9-2350-261-10 BREAK/JOIN T150 TRACK — Continued 0079 00 WARNING Improper number of track shoes may prevent track from being adjusted correctly, creating a safety hazard. For carriers with new track, ensure there are 63 track shoes on the left side of carrier and 64 track shoes on the right side of carrier. For carriers with old track, ensure there are 62 track shoes on the left side of carrier and 63 shoes on the right side of carrier. 3. Place the track alignment tool over one pin on the outside shoe and rest it on the other pin. Tighten both track fixtures evenly to pull the track assembly together until the track alignment tool fits over and seats fully on both track shoe pins. Install the second track alignment tool on the inside track shoe pins, leave on the inside track fixture. 4. Remove the outside track fixture. Both track alignment tools will hold the track together. Leave the track fixture on the inside of the track assembly. 0079 00-7
