Wear seat belt while carrier is in motion. Do not use any seat with missing or inoperative seat belt. a. Check steering levers, pivot steer levers, range selector, hand throttle and accelerator. Binding, grabbing, unusual noise or vibration is felt during operation of any of these items. b. Operate steering levers, pivot steer levers, range selector (in all ranges), hand throttle, and accelerator pedal. 0075 00-48
