Personnel can be killed or injured. Perform steering and braking PMCS only when engine is stopped. When steering and braking occur before notch 1 or after notch 4 on the quadrant, carrier can skid and crash. Personnel can be killed or injured. If steering and braking is not between notch 2 and notch 3, do not operate carrier. Notify unit maintenance. If left and right steering lever positions are not within one notch difference when both are pulled to the fully applied position, carrier can skid and crash. Personnel can be killed or injured.
