Pull back on both levers and press the lock buttons down. C A U T I O N In cold weather, do not leave brakes locked when you park. Brakes should be locked only long enough to allow you to safely block the carrier tracks. Release brakes after blocking tracks. Brakes could freeze if left locked in cold weather. 2.
