TM 9-2350-261-10 START ENGINE — Continued 0026 00 2. Press START switch and hold until engine starts, but no longer than 15 seconds. 3. If engine does not start on first try, wait 30 seconds and try again. If engine does not start after three tries, notify unit maintenance. 4. Check that ENGINE OIL HI TEMP LO PRESS warning light goes off within 10 seconds after engine starts. 5. Check that BATT GEN indicator points to green zone. 6. Run engine at 800-1000 RPM for 3-5 minutes. 0026 00-5
