Do not service air cleaner or vent system after NBC attack until carrier has been decontaminated and filters disposed of by NBC team. Unit commander or officer in charge must assign NBC team to decontaminate system and dispose of filters. Unit commander or officer in charge must prescribe necessary protective clothing and safety measures for NBC team. NOTE The M548A3 should only have four NBC stations. Converted M730A2 vehicles may have five NBC stations. 1. Remove clamp (1), clamp (2), hose (3), and hose (4) from ends of M18 filter (5). 0536 00-1
