TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE NBC WIRING HARNESS FROM BATTERY COMPARTMENT TO MANIFOLD (M548A3) — Continued 0531 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Hardware is supplied with new relay and circuit breaker only and can not be ordered through TM 9-2350-247-24P. 1. Place grommet (24) on NBC wiring harness (13) and route harness through hole in battery box compartment. 2. Route NBC wiring harness (13) under driver’s left side floor plate and up behind instrument panel (4). 3. Place two grommets (25) on NBC wiring harness (13) and route harness through holes in stiffener (26) and stiffener (27). Make sure grommets are securely in holes to avoid damaging the harness from metal contact and vibration. 4. Connect NBC wiring harness connector (28) to M3 heater wiring harness connector (29). 5. Install washer (22), circuit 537 lead (21), lock washer (18), and nut (17) on relay terminal X1 (23). 6. Install washer (17), circuit 135G lead (16), lock washer (15), and nut (14) on relay terminal A2 (18). 7. Install two clamps (10) on existing harness and NBC wiring harness (13). Secure clamps on weld nuts under driver’s left side floor plate with two screws (11) and new lock washers (12). 0531 00-4
