TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE FYR-FYTER CONTROL VALVE — Continued 0527 00 WARNING Steel wire cannot be broken in an emergency. Makesure wire is light copper. Failure of fire extinguisher to operate properly may cause injury to personnel or damage equipment. NOTE .020 copper safety wire is used to secure outside handle. 7. Install new copper wire seal (1) through screw (2) and handle (3). Make sure wire is tight so it will break when handle is pulled. Crimp seal (4) on wire. 8. Install adapter (5) on control valve (6). 9. Install control valve (6) on cylinder (7). Secure with nut (8). 10. Install tube (9) on adapter (5). 11. Tighten nut (10) to secure tube (9) on adapter (5). 12. Install clamp (11), new lock washer (12), and screw (13) securing tube (9) to bulkhead. 0527 00-5
