TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) CYLINDER — Continued 0526 00 REMOVAL 1. Loosen nut (1) that secures control valve (2) to cylinder (3). Remove control. 2. Loosen nut (4) that secures tube (5) to cylinder (3). Remove tube. WARNING You could be injured if cylinder discharges when it is out of its mounting brackets or is dropped. Discharge cylinder completely before removing it from its mount. Handle cylinders with great care. 3. Loosen two nuts (6) that secure two clamps (7) around cylinder (3). Remove cylinder. 4. Remove four cotter pins (8) and pins (9) that secure two clamps (7) to four brackets (10). Remove clamps. Discard cotter pins. 5. Remove four bumpers (11) from four brackets (10). 0526 00-2
