TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE AIR BRAKE GOVERNOR (M548A1) — Continued 0490 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install governor (1) on air cleaner assembly with two new lock nuts (2) and screws (3). 2. Apply antiseize compound sparingly to threads of adapter (4) and adapter (5). 3. Install adapter (4) and adapter (5)0 on governor (1). 4. Connect compressor-to-governor air hose (6) to adapter (4). 5. Connect reservoir air tube (7) to adapter (5). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Start engine (see your -10). 2. Check operation of governor. 3. Stop engine (see your -10). 4. Install top access cover and grilles (WP 0390 00). 5. Install power plant rear access cover/door (see your -10). END OF TASK 0490 00-2
