TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT HEATER EXHAUST SYSTEM (M548A1) — Continued 0480 00 REMOVAL 1. Remove three nuts (1), lock washers (2), screws (3), and hood (4) from exhaust pipe (5) and exhaust pipe (6). Discard lock washers. 2. Remove three screws (7), six washers (8), lock nut (9), and two clamps (10) that secure exhaust pipe (5) and exhaust pipe (6) to two weld nuts (11). Discard lock nut. 3. Remove clamp (12) and exhaust pipe (5) from exhaust pipe (13). 4. Remove clamp (14) and exhaust pipe (13) from coolant heater (15). 5. Remove clamp (16) and moisture trap (17) from exhaust pipe (13). 0480 00-2
