TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT/VEHICLE COMPARTMENT HEATER EXHAUST PIPES GUARD (M548A1) — Continued 0479 00 NOTE When installing double angle brackets and mounting brackets on heater exhaust pipes, make sure mounting brackets on upper part of exhaust pipes are facing up, and mounting brackets on lower part of exhaust pipes are facing down. 2. Install two upper double angle brackets (3) and mounting brackets (1) on heater exhaust pipes (7) so bottom of each mounting bracket is 3 3/4-4 inches (9.5-10.1 cm) from top of exhaust pipes with three screws (8) and new lock nuts (9).
