TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT HEATER — Continued 0477 00 4. Disconnect pump-to-heater fuel tube (7) from heater nipple (8). 5. Loosen clamp (9) that secures lower exhaust pipe (10) to engine coolant heater (11). Disconnect pipe from heater. 6. Remove engine coolant heater ground lead nut (12) and lock washer (13). Disconnect heater ground lead (14) from end cover on heater. Discard lock washer. 7. Disconnect wiring harness (15) from receptacle (16) on engine coolant heater (11). 8. Loosen two mounting clamps (17) that secure engine coolant heater (11) to mounting bracket (6). Remove engine coolant heater. 9. If engine coolant heater (11) is to be replaced, remove heater nipple (8) from engine coolant heater. 0477 00-2
