TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE PERSONNEL SEAT COVERS 0471 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal (page 0471 00-1). Installation (page 0471 00-1). INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 FM 10-16 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) REMOVAL 1. Loosen straps (1) that secure bottom edges of two seat covers (2) to six tiedown eyes (3). 2. Remove two cover tubes (4) from between two seat covers (2) and cargo compartment personnel seats (5). 3. Loosen fastener tapes (6) that secure top edges of two seat covers (2) to hull. 4. Pass seat belts through holes (7) in two seat covers (2). Remove seat covers. INSTALLATION 1. Place two seat covers (2) on cargo compartment personnel seats (5). Press fastener tapes (6) firmly to tapes on hull. 2. Pull seat belts through holes (7) in two seat covers (2). 3. Install two cover tubes (4) between two seat covers (2) and cargo compartment personnel seats (5). 4. Secure bottom edges of two seat covers (2) to six tiedown eyes (3) with six straps (1).
