See TM-9-2540-207-14&P for procedures. . Install plenum chamber (9) on heater (11). Secure with clamp (12). . Install plenum cover (13), controls cover (14), and heater cover (15) on heater (11). Place heater (11) on three brackets (16). Secure with three clamps (17). Install ground strap (18) on heater (11) with new lockwasher (19) and screw (20). 0447 00-9 Change 1 18 19 20. 21
