TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE VEHICLE COMPARTMENT HEATER FUEL HOSES, TUBES, AND FITTINGS (KIT I) (M548A1) — Continued 0444 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Apply sealing compound sparingly to tapered threads of fittings before installation. 1. Install nipple (10) and tee (9) in fuel pump (5). 2. Install nipple (7) in tee (9). Connect hose (6) to nipple and primary fuel filter (8). 3. Install elbow (3) in fuel pump (5). Install nipple (2) in heater (4). 4. Connect hose (1) to elbow (3) and nipple (2). *FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect battery negative lead (WP 0292 00). 2. Start heater (see your -10). 3. Check heater for leaks and proper operation. 4. Stop heater (see your -10). 5. Install top left access grille (WP 0390 00). END OF TASK 0444 00-2
