Depress plunger (7) until fluid is drained from collector bowl (6). Wipe up spilled fuel. 2. Remove collector bowl (6) from filter element (4). NOTE Loosen head bolt as instructed. Do not remove head bolt from filter head. Do not discard head gasket. 3. Loosen head bolt (1) until filter element (4) with preformed packing (5) can be removed from filter head (2). Do not remove and do not discard head gasket (3). Discard preformed packing and filter element. 0436 00-1 Change 1
