TM 9-2350-247-20-3 SERVICE VEHICLE COMPARTMENT HEATER FUEL PUMP — Continued 0429 00 SERVICING SERVICE BENDIX/FACET 1. Remove cap (1), gasket (2) and strainer (3) from heater fuel pump (4). Discard gasket. 2. Clean cap (1) and strainer (3) with cleaning compound. 3. Check strainer (3). Replace strainer if screen is torn. WARNING Wear safety goggles while using compressed air to prevent eye injury or blindness. 4. Dry heater fuel pump parts with low pressure compressed air. 5. Install strainer (3), new gasket (2), and cap (1) on heater fuel pump (4). 0429 00-2
