REPLACE VEHICLE COMPARTMENT HEATER ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTING BRACKETS (M548A3) — Continued 7. Place two clamps (13) on exhaust duct (14). Install exhaust duct on heater (4) and pipe (1). Do not tighten clamps. 8. Place clamp (10) on air inlet duct (11). 9. Have helper support and rotate heater (4). Install air inlet duct (11) on heater air inlet (12). Secure heater air inlet duct to bulkhead with two washers (8), new lockwashers (9), and screws (7). 10. Have helper support heater (4). Tighten eight clamp halves (3), two clamps (13), and clamp (10). 11. Connect wiring harness (6) to heater receptacle (5). NOTE Do Step 11 only if replacing fuel filter. 1 2.
