TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE CARGO COMPARTMENT COVER — Continued 0417 00 5. Install cargo compartment cover (1) over bow (2) and bow (3) with escape hatch at right rear. 6. Attach cargo compartment cover (1) to two bows (2) and two bows (3) with nine cover tie ropes (4) inside carrier. 7. Fasten three web straps (5) to secure front closure flaps in closed position. 8. Install inside tie-down rope (6) under inside tie-down cleats (7). Tighten ropes until front flaps of cargo compartment cover (1) are positioned right. Tie rope ends securely. Stow ends of rope by pulling ends between secured portion of rope and power plant compartment rear bulkhead. 0417 00-5
