TM 9-2350-247-20-3 REPLACE CARGO COMPARTMENT COVER — Continued 0417 00 INSTALLATION 1. Place 4 bow pads (1) and 2 bows (2) on carrier. Secure with 16 washers (3) and 8 screws (4). 2. Install eight pads (5) and four bows (6) on carrier. 3. Install clamping ring (7) in cargo compartment cover (8). Secure to gasket (9) and hatch cover frame (10) with 15 screws (11), 14 washers (12), retainer (13), 15 new lock washers (14), and 15 nuts (15). Tighten nuts to 20-25 lb-in (27-34 N•m) torque. 4. Install escape hatch cover (16) on hatch cover frame (10). 0417 00-4
