INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Antiseize compound (WP 0542 00, Item 6) Sealing Compound (WP 0542 00, Item 36) Lock nut (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Both battery negative leads disconnected (WP 0292 00) Top access cover and grilles removed (see your -10) Power plant rear access panel removed (see your -10) REMOVAL 1. Remove fuel supply hose (1) from separator tank quick disconnect (2). 2. Remove fuel supply hose (1) from primary filter elbow (3). 3. Remove lock nut (4), washer (5), screw (6), and two clamps (7) from bracket (8). Remove fuel supply hose (1) from carrier. Discard lock nut. 4. Remove fuel return hose (9) from separator tank disconnect (10). 5. Remove fuel return hose (9) from engine fuel spill tee (11). 0168 00-1
