TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE PIVOT STEERING BRAKE HOSES/TUBES/FITTINGS (M548A1) — Continued 0372 00 10. Install new preformed packing (1) and elbow (2) on master cylinder (3). 11. Install reducer (4) on elbow (2). Install nut (5) on reducer. Install tube (6) on reducer and secure with nut. 12. Install union (7) through bulkhead. Secure with nut (8). Connect tube (6) to union. Connect tube (9) to union. 13. Install two clamps (10) on weld nut (11) and secure tube (12) and tube (6) with new lock washer (13) and screw (14). 14. Secure tube (9) to two weld nuts (15) with two clamps (16), new lock washers (17), and screws (18). 15. Connect tube (9) to hose (19). 16. Install new preformed packing (20) in quick disconnect coupler (21). Install coupler on hose (19) and elbow (22). Connect quick disconnect coupler. 17. Fill pivot steering hydraulic system (see your PMCS) (WP 0128 00). Check for leaks. 18. Bleed pivot steering brake control lines (WP 0370 00). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Start engine (see your -10). 2. Check pivot steering brake system for proper operation. 3. Stop engine (see your -10). 4. Install cab left floor plate (WP 0394 00) ). 5. Install throttle floor plate (WP 0394 00). 6. Lower right and left center seat floor plates (WP 0394 00). END OF TASK 0372 00-7/8 blank
