TM 9-2350-247-20-2 ADJUST PIVOT STEERING BRAKE CONTROLS/LINKAGE (M548A1) — Continued 0370 00 NOTE Right and left brake assemblies are bled the same way, one at a time. Do not release handle while brake bleeders are open. 2. Bleed pivot steering brake control lines as follows: a. Pull right or left hand lever (1) back hard and hold in applied position. b. Open two brake bleeders (2) on right or left brake assembly (3), one at a time. Leave each bleeder open until discharge is free of bubbles, then close bleeders. c. Recheck fluid level in two master cylinders (4) (see your PMCS) (WP 0128 00). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Start engine (see your -10). 2. Check pivot steering brake controls/linkage for proper operation. 3. Stop engine (see your -10). 4. Lower center floor plates (WP 0394 00). END OF TASK 0370 00-3/4 blank
