(There is no outer cross shaft on left side.) Install two washers (21) on two inner cross shafts (22). Install inner cross shaft from right side and secure to pivot steering support (5) with new cotter pin (23) in left inner cross shaft. j. Install two rubber bumpers (24) on right and left arms (4). Secure bumpers to arms with two jam nuts (25). k. Install right and left hand levers (26) on right and left arms (4). Install two clevis pins (27) to secure hand levers to arms. Install two new cotter pins (28) through two clevis pins (27). l. Install two springs (29) on right and left arms (4). Install two springs on right and left hand levers (26). 0369 00-7
