TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE STEERING CONTROL/LINKAGE (M548A1) — Continued 0366 00 25. Remove two cotter pins (1) and clevis pins (2) from four connecting links (3). Remove links from inner shaft (4) and outer shaft (5). Discard cotter pins. 26. Remove two return springs (6) from hull brackets, outer shaft (5), and actuator arm (7). 27. Remove four cotter pins (8) and clevis pins (9) from two upper clevises (10) and two lower clevises (11). Remove two pairs of assembled clevises from differential arms, actuator arm (7), and outer shaft (5). Discard cotter pins. 28. Loosen two jam nuts (12). Remove two upper clevises (10) from two lower clevises (11). 29. Loosen screw (13) from lock nut (14) securing actuator arm (7) and key (15) to inner shaft (4). Remove actuator arm and key from shaft. Discard lock nut. 30. Remove 6 lock nuts (16), 12 washers (17), 6 screws (18), and bearing shims (19) from 3 bearing housings (20). Remove inner shaft (4) with outer shaft (5) and 3 bearing housings (20). Discard lock nuts. 31. Remove two bearing housings (20) and outer shaft (5) from inner shaft (4). 32. Remove bearing housing (20) from inner shaft (4). 33. Remove three lubrication fittings (21) from three bearing housings (20). 34. Remove six retainer rings (22) from three bearing housings (20). Remove three bearings (23) from three bearing housings (20). 0366 00-6
