Install steering wheel (1), screw (2), new lock washer (3), and washer (4) on steering column (5). 9. Install screw (6), new lock washer (7), washer (8), and nut (9) on steering wheel (1) and steering column (5). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1.
