INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Lock nut (8) Lock washer (6) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Instrument panel removed (WP 0254 00) Cab personnel seat raised (see your -10) Driver’s side batteries removed (WP 0291 00) Driver’s side battery box removed (WP 0289 00) Floor plates removed (WP 0390 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove three screws (1), lock washers (2), washers (3), and guard (4) from light well. Discard lock washers. 2. Remove three screws (5), lock washers (6), washers (7), and guard (8) from stiffener. Discard lock washers. 3. Remove screw (9), washer (10), lock nut (11), and connecting link (12) from shaft lever (13). Discard lock nut. 0364 00-1
