TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE BRAKE CONTROL LINKAGE (M548A3) — Continued 0348 00 12. Remove key (28) from shouldered shaft (8). 13. Remove two lock nuts (29), screws (30), four washers (31), and bearing (32) secured to hull. Discard lock nuts. NOTE If two setscrews are on bearing, loosen setscrews. 14. Remove two screws (33), washers (34), and bearing (35) from hull floor and shaft (36). 15. Remove pedal (37) and key (38) from shaft (36). Remove shaft from carrier. INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA 1. Inspect links and link pins for broken condition and excessive wear. Inspect pedal shafts and levers for cracked, broken, and excessively worn condition. Replace any parts that show any of these defects. 0348 00-4
