Remove four lubrication fittings (8) from two universal joints (4) if needed. INSTALLATION NOTE Some universal joints do not have lubrication fittings. 1. If removed, install four lubrication fittings (1) in two universal joints (2). 2. Install yoke (3) in final drive (4). NOTE Use 5/32 inch (4 mm) thick, hardened steel flat washers only. These are 6C universal joints only. 3. Install two universal joints (2), one on yoke (3) and the other on differential (5). Secure with eight new screws (6) and flat washers (7). 4. Place shaft (8) on two universal joints (2). Secure with eight new screws (6) and flat washers (7). 0334 00-2
