TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE TRANSMISSION OIL HOSES AND FITTINGS (M548A3) — Continued 0319 00 4. Install support (1), two washers (2), and new lock screws (3) on transmission (4). Tighten lock screws to 300-324 lb-in (34-37 N•m) torque. 5. Install new preformed packing (5) and elbow (6) on transmission (4). Turn open end of elbow toward left side and keep parallel with bottom edge. 6. Install transmission oil drain hose (7) on elbow (6). 7. Install new preformed packing (8) and elbow (9) on transmission (4). Turn elbow approximately 45 degrees out, facing to the rear. 8. Install elbow (10) on transmission inlet tube (11). 9. Install transmission inlet tube (11) on elbow (9). 10. Place large clamp (12) on transmission inlet tube (11). Install small clamp (13), screw (14), washer (15), and new lock nut (16) on clamp (12). 11. Install oil cooler-to-transmission hose (17) on elbow (10). 0319 00-6
