TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE TOW START CABLE/COVER (M548A3) — Continued 0310 00 8. Secure tow start cable assembly (7) to transmission tube (18) with screw (19), washer (20), clamp (21), clamp (22), and new lock nut (23). 9. Install second retainer collar (11) with setscrew (12) on end of tow start cable assembly (7). Position two retainer collars (11) against headed pin (13) and tighten set screws (12). 10. Install tow start cover assembly (24), headed pin (25), two washers (26), and spring (27) on bracket (8). Secure headed pin (25) with new cotter pin (28). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Adjust tow start cable assembly (WP 0311 00). 2. Install driver’s left floor plate (WP 0395 00). 3. Lower center seat (see your -10). END OF TASK 0310 00-6
