INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Both battery ground leads disconnected (WP 0292 00) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect wiring harness (1) from transmission shift control (2). 2. Remove four screws (3) and washers (4) that secure transmission shift control (2) to bracket (5). Remove transmission shift control from carrier. 3. If mounts (6) are damaged, remove four screws (7) and washers (8) from under bracket (5) and remove mounts. 0306 00-1
