TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE ENGINE GROUND LEAD (M548A3) — Continued 0300 00 INSTALLATION 1. Attach engine ground lead (2) to the carrier hull and secure with screw (9) and new lock washers (10). 2. Attach other end of engine ground lead (2) to terminal (3) on starter. Secure with nut (1). 3. Secure engine ground lead (2) to engine wiring harness with new tiedown strap (8). 4. Secure excess length of engine ground lead (2) with clamp (7), screw (4), new lock nut (5), and two washers (6). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install hull bottom access cover (WP 0383 00). 2. Connect both battery negative leads (WP 0292 00). END OF TASK 0300 00-3/4 blank
