TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE GENERATOR TO REGULATOR WIRING HARNESS (M548A3) — Continued 0296 00 INSTALLATION 1. (H) Install wiring harness (1) in carrier. 2. Connect wiring harness connector (2) to connector (3) on battery box bulkhead (4). 3. Connect wiring harness connector (5) to regulator (6). Wrap ground lead (7) with tape. 4. Connect wiring harness connector (8) to generator (9). 5. Install clamp (10) and screw (11) to secure wiring harness (1) to power plant. 6. Install three clamps (12), screws (13), six washers (14), and three new lock nuts (15) to secure wiring harness (1) to power plant. 7. Secure wiring harness (1) and other wiring harnesses with new tiedown strap (16). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect both battery negative leads (WP 0292 00). 2. Lower center seat (see your -10). 3. Install power plant rear access panel (see your -10). END OF TASK 0296 00-3/4 blank
