TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE INFRARED HEADLIGHTS — Continued 0277 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Retainer and headlamp brackets are not replacement parts. If these parts are damaged, replace the complete headlight. 1. Install lens in lens retainer. a. Install gasket (1) in lens retainer (2). b. Install lens (3) in lens retainer (2). c. Install headlamp bracket (4) in lens retainer (2). Secure with four captive screws (5). d. Install preformed packing (6) in lens retainer (2). 2. Install lamp unit in headlamp. a. Install lamp unit (7) in body (8). b. Install retainer bracket (9) in body (8). Secure with three captive screws (10). c. Install lens retainer (2) on body (8). Secure with four captive screws (11). 0277 00-3
