TM 9-2350-247-20-2 REPLACE SERVICE HEADLIGHTS — Continued 0276 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Retainer and headlamp brackets are not replacement parts. If these parts are damaged, replace the complete headlight. 1. Install lens in lens retainer. a. Install gasket (1) in lens retainer (2). b. Install lens (3) in lens retainer (2). c. Install headlamp bracket (4) in lens retainer (2). Secure with four captive screws (5). d. Install preformed packing (6) in lens retainer (2). 2. Install lamp unit in headlamp. a. Install lamp unit (7) in body (8). b. Install retainer bracket (9) in lens retainer (2). Secure with three captive screws (10). c. Install lens retainer (2) on body (8). Secure with four captive screws (11). 3. Install service headlight on carrier. a. Install service headlight (12) on carrier mount. b. Secure service headlight (12) to carrier mount with large beveled washer (13), small beveled washer (14), new lock washer (15), and nut (16). c. Connect circuit 18 lead (17) and circuit 17 lead (18) to service headlight (12). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect battery negative lead(s) (WP 0290 00). 2.
