Remove service headlight from carrier. a. Disconnect circuit 17 lead (1) and circuit 18 lead (2) from service headlight (3). b. Remove nut (4), lock washer (5), small beveled washer (6), and large beveled washer (7) from service headlight (3) and carrier mount. Discard lock washer. c. Remove service headlight (3) from carrier mount. 2. Remove lamp unit from headlamp. a. Loosen four captive screws (8). Remove lens retainer (9) from body (10). b. Loosen three captive screws (11) on retainer bracket (12). Remove retainer bracket from body (10). c. Remove lamp unit (13) from body (10). 0276 00-1
