INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Lock washer (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Battery negative lead(s) disconnected (WP 0292 00) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect electrical cable (1) from beam selector switch (2). 2. Remove two screws (3) and lock washers (4) from beam selector switch (2) and floor mount (5). Discard lock washers. 3. Remove beam selector switch (2) from behind floor mount (5). INSTALLATION 1. Align beam selector switch (2) with floor mount (5). 2. Install two new lock washers (4) and screws (3) to secure beam selector switch (2) to floor mount (5). 3. Connect electrical cable (1) to beam selector switch (2). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect battery negative lead(s) (WP 0292 00). END OF TASK 0273 00-1/2 blank
